The vagus nerve, emotions and the difficulty with mindfulness practices

I often forget that there are an infinite ways to heal or look at a problem. Often times that relates to how I heal myself and the frustration that comes when someone I am working with doesnt react the same to my training process.

I have to remember to keep learning and always understand that there is always a new viewpoint to see something. The article below illustrates this perfectly.
